I threw my back out a week ago, ad after alternating heat/ice and getting a prenatal massage, it started to feel better. Woke up this morning and it is worse than ever... Time to see a pro.
Haven't been to a chiro in years...any one have experience going to one during pregnancy??

I saw a chiro my entire pregnancy along with doing prenatal massages and I loved it.  My OB was totally cool with me going and had no concerns.

I went multiple times during pregnancy along with massage.  It helped alot!
