    I wanted cereal but there's a half a drop of milk in the fridge. :( I had waffles. The frozen kind.

    That's why we use almond milk. Just have to watch how much sugar is in the cereal.

    Was going to have eggs, but I can't eat eggs without cheese or salsa and we have neither of these.

    H took me out to a place on the other side of town so I could have GF pancakes :0) also ate some fruit, eggs, and some very tasty cherrywood bacon.

    After I weighed myself this AM and reported the rather sobering result to DH, he cooked me scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and toast. He also offered to take me for ice cream later. I might need to inform him of my inadequate weight gain immediately before meals more often.

    Our car unexpectedly broke down, so my dad came to give my husband a ride to his double shift today...  And brought me and egg and cheese biscuit from Hardees.  I ate that with a glass of Pom, and I'm about to have an apple for second breakfast.
