Which number LO is this pregnancy? (Good)

Which number LO is this for you? Include biological and non-biological children.  Count the number of LO's that resulted from a successful pregnancy as well as this pregnancy.  Do not count any losses.  Yes, we are pregnant right now so we are assuming this pregnancy is successful.

    This is my 4th pregnancy but will (hopefully please please please) be my second child.

    Yea, some clarity would've been nice. This is my 3rd pregnancy but will (hopefully) be my first living child.
