Weekend plans?

What is everyone doing this weekend? H and I are having a yard sale and cookout tomorrow, then H is leaving for a work trip Sunday. Monday, no plans yet, probably crocheting and listening to nursing lecture recordings.

bridal shower Saturday, surprise 30th birthday party for DH sunday, going to the outlet mall with friends on Monday and telling them about the baby!

I am going to a college football game tonight.... Fun! Except for the fact that it is 105 outside right now! Drinking my water and hoping I don't overheat! It should cool down by this evening though! ( I hope)

Whereabouts are you if you don't mind me asking? 105 sounds awful to be sitting in a crowded stadium. Good luck!

 I think we might go check out some Labor Day sales for a good deal on a rocker/recliner. Other than that our house is way overdue for a deep clean. If my M/S will cooperate that is!

Been driving to my aunt's house in upstate NY since noon for a family celebration of my grandmother's 95th bday. Dogs in tow. Will be interesting listening to my 2 overly republican uncles spewing their psycho babble. One of them lives at a place he calls "rapture ranch"-no joke. This should be painfully interesting. I might even get to hear about how pissed he was that my gay best friend was my man of honor at my wedding, AND how Jesus wasn't invited.

It's the first weekend of college football, so we'll probably sit on our butts a lot tomorrow and watch (woohoo, a break). And then apple picking on Sunday

My H cousins welcome home party (he just returned from deployment) on Sat and H grandmothers 9oth bday party Sunday. Monday we aren't doing a damn thing - a day to ourselves.

Our parents are coming up to our place tomorrow and we are announcing! Making low country boil which sounds ah-mazing right now! Sunday and Monday will be low key. Rest and getting ready for the week.

Cookout tomorrow and a wedding on Sunday. Thankfully I'll have at least one other pregnant lady to keep me sober company.

My "gay" best friend was also my man of honor. At my wedding. Funny

I also had a maid of honor and MH had a best man and best woman.

I am hoping to find a decent price on a rocker/recliner also. The gliders aren't as comfortable to me.

I think we're going to try La-Z-Boy since my husband wants to be able to use it after baby is older. They had really a good Labor Day sale last year

My husband and I are going camping with a volunteer organization. Hubby is a volunteer fire fighter and helps with the jr fire fighters. It's their camping trip and I was invited to go we leave tomorrow morning. I'm having some anxiety leaving my fur babbies behind at mom and dads, I will miss them but I know they're in good hands. Have a good weekend

I am waiting to hear from my sister who is 34wks pregnant with triplets! Had several false alarms this week so on stand by. She lives 3 1/2hrs away. I have a week and a half off from work to go help her, so i'm just waiting to hear it's GO time! The holiday weekend is torture! I can't go up until she's in labor, so that I get maximum time when the babies are actually here, because the clock on vacation starts. Praying she goes into labor this weekend!! Babies are all 5lbs and healthy, she is so beyond ready. Keep us in your thoughts & prayers for a safe delivery!

I go through withdrawals every time I leave our puppies with our parents. Anything longer than a couple days and I go crazy missing them

I have a wedding to go to today and I look like a bloated mess and none of my normal dressy clothes are looking very good on me. On the bright side there will be cake.

Sunday we will be cleaning out more of the storage room that is to become baby's room and Monday is a Labor Day picnic.

Went out last night.  H has to work on Monday, but I don't.  So I'll probably just watch trashy tv all day.  Still not sure if we are doing anything exciting today or tomorrow.  I may make him take me to Ikea, that should be an adventure.
