Got to see and hear the heartbeat, such a great moment. Everything on track for EDD. Any guessers on sex based on position or heartbeat?? (148bpm) Good luck to all the other mamas who have a US this weekend!

They say girls have higher heartbeats but I think it's too early to tell... Goodluck

Congrats! I had my first u/s today too and I'm 7w 4d. My baby's heart rate was 144bpm. 

I dont put much stock into it but my daughter had a heart rate of 168 and my son was 145....so for funzies I'm guessing boy for myself

I'm 7 weeks 1 day and u/s today heartbeat was 138. With my DD it was always higher than 140 and by 16 weeks was always in the 160's. Makes me wonder if this one is a boy...still early though. Will be able to gauge is a little better next appt I think.

I'm 7wks 1 day today as well. Heartbeat is 132. Seems a little low compared to most of you? The Dr said it was just fine. I'm hoping for a boy, so maybe this is a sign!

You ladies are so lucky! I'm 7 weeks today but I have to wait another 2.5 weeks for my u/s.

Congrats! I'm 7 weeks, 2 days by LMP. I don't go for my first appointment until September 10. My doctor doesn't want to see you until you are 9-10 weeks. I'm so ready for my first appointment so I can get an ultrasound!
