Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Routine OB on Tuesday, then things should slow down for us [I think] in terms of appointments.
QOTW: How often do you TDT while PgAL? Has your sex drive increased, decreased, or stayed about the same? My husband is stationed in Colorado, so I haven't had sex since May. Which sucks. But first tri, I had NO sex drive, so I doubt we would've had sex anyway. Now that I'm in second tri and feeling better, I've told H that he'll get very lucky when he comes home in a few weeks for a visit.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I keep thinking back to this time last year, when we had buried Devon [well, had him cremated], and I was trying to pick up the pieces of my life. It's amazing how much has changed, how far I've come, but yet how much I still miss him. I feel better about baby now that my a/s is done, but I'm still a big ball of nerves. I wish I could relax.
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? got my 1st docs apt this afternoon, where she will be referring me for an early scan (hopefully at 6-7 weeks)

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? still waiting on my first appt. sept. 12. I have decided that if they don't check for the heartbeat at that appointment I am going to buy a doppler bc I just can't wait that long to find out if there is a heartbeat.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Every since I found these christmas ornaments on etsy that are a cloud that says 1st christmas in the clouds, I have been so sad thinking about going through our first Christmas without her.

Next appt is the 11th, nothing really significant happening between now and then.

Well it's definitely decreases from when we were ttc. After we found out I was feeling pretty bad and exhausted all the time so it definitely dropped. But these last few weeks I have been feeling a lot better so frequency has picked up.

I keep thinking about a cerclage and if I should just get one or do the monitor and see approach. It's so stressful. I plan to discuss it in depth with my dr at the next appt.
How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? 11 weeks 2 days, a lime
Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? My NT scan is sep 10th and I get my cerclage in on Sep 19
QOTW: How often do you TDT while PgAL? Has your sex drive increased, decreased, or stayed about the same? We haven't done anything since we conceived. I was on pelvic rest for the few 10 weeks, and since we've been cleared I just haven't been comfortable enough to try. Though since I got pregnant, my drive has definitely increased. I would like to try before my cerclage gets puts in though, since after that I'll likely be on pelvic rest again.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I started trying with my home doppler waaaay too early, and now I am getting paranoid a little bit. Maybe not so much about finding the HB, but for whatever reason I feel like I am hurting the baby with the doppler. Probably because there have been a lot of posts about this on my BMB. I also worry about how much pop I've been drinking....I doubt there has been any day that I've come close to the 200 mg of caffeine that you're allowed, but I should give it up completely...basically I worry that everything I do is hurting the baby.

October 2012 Metformin 1500 mg= ovulation on CD34 BFP#2 11/14/12 9DPO, EDD 7/26/13, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks, our angel born sleeping 3/24/13 @ 22wks 2d. BFP #3 7/4/13 8DPO EDD 3/22/14, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks. started insulin @16 wks. Our rainbow, born 3/19/14 @ 39wks 6d., we're so in love!

QOTW: How often do you TDT while PgAL? Has your sex drive increased, decreased, or stayed about the same? At first SO and I were like little bunnies this was before the 1st trimester symptoms set in. Once I started feeling better we went back to our frisky ways but every time we do it I spot afterwards, which my brain cannot handle. So I am on self-imposed pelvic rest. Maybe we'll resume closer to my EDD but not right now.
Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? This week I've had several breakdowns missing my Scottie. I think the recent flutters of this new baby has put me in a nerve wracking place. Although this time everything looks "normal" we all know how life changes in a blink of an eye. And this week I'm just scared... all the time.

It's been a stressful, long week. Every time I let myself think about the baby and start to get excited and plan for the next year, I get very guilty and sad. I'm having a difficult time dealing with these mixed emotions - especially since I haven't seen the OB yet...

We DTD once or twice a week. My sex drive didn't increase that much during the 2nd tri, sadly. Now that I'm at the end of the 2nd tri, the belly's starting to make things awkward. DH and I have already discussed how little sex we'll have during the 3rd tri, lol. We know from experience that it's often not worth the effort once I'm huge.

I will call my OB/GYN on Tuesday. She will probably send me for blood work and (hopefully) an early ultrasound.

Stayed the same with both previous pregnancies. We shall see if it does this time too.

I honestly can't believe that I got a BFP. I don't feel Pg. AT ALL! Kind of nervous about that....

Just got the results of my quantitative HCG back. Day 15= 756!! That's 3 times what it was when I was pg with the twins last time so I'm nervous that we have multiples again.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Just really nervous about the possibility of twins again. I kind of want it, but at the same time its scary I want a better outcome this time.
