questions for first prenatal doctor's appt

Hi there! do you recommend asking anything specific to my first OB (tomorrow morning)?

I am a PgAL, W6 D5 and these are the topic I planning to cover (if everything goes well)

- sex (is it always safe?)

- workout (can I continue to do abs and cardio?)

- what to worry about

- how to reach OB in emergency

anything else? I feel like my brain is on a temporary freeze. What do/did you ask?

Pregnancy safe meds, they'll probably give you a list.

My doc told me not to do any ab work in the first trimester, although I forgot to ask about planks.
