I have a dozen tomatoes from J's Dad's garden and I have no idea what to do with them! We had tomato soup yesterday, so that is a no go. Any other suggestions?
I don't really have a recipe. I just chop the tomatoes, add some balsamic vinegar, a smidge of olive oil, a little parmesan and some basil. I taste as I go.
