Can't stop crying

My stepfather passed away 6 months ago to cancer and today would have been his 65th birthday.  I miss him so much and have been so stressed about this day all day.  And now my symptoms are gone (i know it's normal), but I have had cramping for several days and none today.  I think the stress is playing a part.  I just want this day to end.
