Questions for Working Moms or Work at Home Moms

I am working on writing a book that would be a resource for working moms with a corresponding website, so if any of you have time.. I would love some feedback.. or if you think the Internet world is already over-saturated with resources for working moms, heck, I'd love to hear that too. 

What are your biggest challenges of being a working mom? 

Do you work at home? If so, in what industry?

Do you use online resources, other than thebump.com, to talk to other working moms or find ways to help with the organization of being a working mom (meal planning, running a home.. etc)? What do you like or dislike about these sites and what features do you wish they had?
