Musty smell --- Help!

So I tried to go longer between washings for awhile and now I'm paying for it.  My pockets and inserts have this musty smell I can't seem to shake.  I've soaked them with Bac out, stripped them with hot water and then used a little bleach the last time I washed them. I thought I had gotten rid of it, but then I just opened up the dryer while they were still warm and I caught a whiff of it.  What else can I try?  I don't have any TTO or GSE, but I'd be willing to pick some up if you think it will really help.

  • how about washing with your detergent (do you use Tide...that seems to get rid of yucky smells) and then SUN THOSE BABIES! :)

  • I notice that smell in mine if I don't dry them all the way soon enough. My dryer takes 3 runs to get my bamboo inserts dry and sometimes I will forget to run them again. Also, air drying my AIOs after running them once works too. Letting them sit while damp makes them musty.
