I don't do anything major, but honestly, I am out of breath after 30 squats. Or 8 reps of a 10lb dumbbell. I feel as though I should still be able to do these small tasks, and my muscle tone is sad lately. Anyone else? I walk/jog off and on, but the strength gets me for some reason now. I guess I always was that way but now I have to be more careful so I'm not sure how "ok" it is. Anyone? I'll ask the doctor but I haven't been yet.

Definitely talk to your doc about any specific restrictions or advice specific to you. the general rule of thumb is to make sure you don't over do it, make sure you can talk, if you feel tired or sore or crampy stop and drink plenty of water. And be careful with form because relaxin is already setting in so you'll find you are more limber and this can hurt yourself easier.
