Hello all!
My LO is 3 months (14 weeks) and we really need to get to the bottom of things.
He is a refluxy spitter (no medication) and has has mucusy (at least thats what i think it is, slimy and sometimes stringy) stool on and off his whole life. He is EBF. I am gluten and dairy free. But he is still having these issues.
How does one go about an elimination diet for the remaining factors?
Soy, how long should it be eliminated before it can be reintroduced as a test? (ex dairy needs 4+ weeks)
Corn, garlic... What are some other food products I can eliminate?
I want to go to a bare bones diet (also welcoming any input on what to eat during said elimination diet) and methodically figure this out.
Is there any literature recommendations or helpful websites?
Thank you all in advance. This is a major undertaking and I appreciate any and all help/advice

I ate organic chicken and turkey instead of just turkey and lamb as it suggests. I also had to tweak it a little. My DD reacted to sweet potatoes, so I substituted butternut squash, and I couldn't use pepper as a seasoning at all. It worked for me, though, and my DD outgrew all of her issues between 10-11 months. GL!
