Monitoring Appt. & IUI #3

Went in for a monitoring appointment today on day 13. I had a 29mm follie (nurse thought it was probably a cyst) and a 21mm follie on the right and the left only had a 5mm and 10mm follies. Nurse asked if I had tested for my surge and I hadn't so I was sent home with instructions to test and call back.
Tested at home and did have a surge, so went ahead and did IUI #3. Even though DH had a SA done in March and that showed fairly good numbers, the nurse was concerned with his sample. She said she should be seeing many more sperm than she was. So sounds like we have a pretty small chance of conceiving this cycle. He is to have another SA done in a few weeks.
Sadly, on my way to the monitoring appointment I was already planning ahead for next cycle. And that was before the talk about DH low count and the request for another SA. Since 4 is my lucky number, I'm really hoping for a BFP after the next IUI. I think after we do IUI #4, and if we don't get our BFP, then we will need to sit down and discuss other options.
DD conceived after 3 years of ttc.
MFI - DH had varicocele repair and took Clomid to get DD b. 02/2010
TTC #2 since 6/2010
10/2012 DH diagnosed with Epilepsy
A few failed IUIs summer 2012 and 2013.
DH taking clomid and waiting to see if he needs another vericocele repair.
Hoping for a 2015 baby or babies.
