Private Adoption Advertising
Hi everyone! I have been reading the posts in this forum for some time but I've never posted. Until our homestudy was completed, I felt like I needed to just be patient and take one thing at a time. So now... we are homestudy approved (woo hoo!) and I have seen several people on here mention that they had been successful with advertising for a private adoption. Would you mind sharing your experiences in private adoption advertising?
Just to clarify... I am in Illinois, so parentprofiles.com is illegal here. I am in the process of completing our Adoptimist profile. My husband and I are still debating the merits of Craigslist.
