Crawling ? (Mom2anAngel2)

DS began army crawling last week.  He is definitely a happy little boy to be able to move where he wants and get what he wants.  I have been noticing like a carpet burn on his knees for the past week.  Has anyone else dealt with this?  Should I put him in long pants?  Or will this just lessen over time?

DD is still an army crawler (she'll get up on all fours sometimes, but when she really wants to book it, onto her belly she goes). I try to keep her in pants or legwarmers to protect her little knees.

Thanks, I haven't seen this before and was beginning to think it was just DS's terrible skin.
