Symptoms letting up

Hi ladies, 

Yesterday I felt queasy and crampy all day long and today, I feel totally fine. I'm about 6 weeks (not too sure of my LMP) and freaking out about miscarrying. Does anyone else find their symptoms come and go? Any advice would be appreciated.

  • I think symptoms do come and go. For a while I felt queasy all the time, and now it's isolated to when I get hungry (which is damned near all the time). My breasts were very tender, and now they are less tender, but still very swollen. I hadn't had many abdominal cramps, but sometimes I do, and I have to remember that this is all normal. My doc told me that unless I'm bleeding or in agonizing pain, the bulk of it is just pregnancy weirdness, it's different every pregnancy, and different for everyone. Try to relax and enjoy this weirdness!

  • I felt the same way when I started feeling good. I've been really sick. But then I thought u can't possibly be sick the whole time and I am going to rejoice and enjoy the days, min or hours I feel good and enjoy my pregnancy and not stress. Cause u know it won't be long until your gagging again : )
  • I am really day by day. Saturday I was super tired and lethargic, Sunday I had all the energy in the world, and Monday and today I have been starving, huge boobs, bloated, and gassy. Just when I thought the bloat was gone...it returned! Damn.

  • Yeah, it seems like the moment symptoms fade enough to get nervous OR cocky...they come rearing their ugly heads again. The gas and the bloat, oh my goodness. I didn't have it yesterday and was sort of puzzled, but no fear, it's back today with a vengeance. Super awesome. LOL.

  • I was sick in bed for a week ... Felt fine Sunday night , Monday , today not so much.

  • Mine have come and gone. But you'll drive yourself crazy if you try to take inventory of your symptoms every hour of every day. Look for general patterns. I've been using an app that lets you record your symptoms and I just select what I've experienced that day. This way, I can still see that there are symptoms, even if they change or leave for awhile. 

    For example, I had nausea wks 4 & 5, but it turned into hunger wk 6 and on (I'm currently 8wks). However, Sunday was a bad day for me and I felt like crap. It changes all the time.

  • Yes for the past week I was so bloated, non-stop hungry, lethargic, and was quesy whenever I got hungry or after eating too much.  Suddenly today I felt great all day.  I had breast tenderness over a week ago, and that has pretty much disappeared.  I'm sure it will come back to bite me.  I'm not overanalyzing!
