We are naming our little girl Adeline Noelle. (Pronounced like Madeline without the M.) As a teacher I thought about the names I just wouldn't be able to name my child. We wanted something that wasn't very popular and something that was easy to pronounce.
We are naming LO Natalie, after my mom. She passed away when I was 9. It's not very common! Our boy names were Brian and Wesley which are also not too overused.
Our son is going to be named Louie Rocco! my husbands grandfathers name was Rocco and was like a father towards him. I think it is special we can include his name in our sons. We are also both Italian (our lady name is very Italian) I think it sounds very good together
Team green here! If we have a girl we are naming her Esther. It is a family name on both his and my side. We have yet to choose a middle name, but I would love to use my mother's middle name, Elizabeth, in her honor after recently losing her to cancer. If we have a boy, we will name him Luigi Michael. My husband is Italian and our last name is very Italian sounding so this will be a mouthful! But I love it! I will call him Lui for short.
Our DS names are Callum Anthony & Gavin Martin. Our still born was Reid Alexander and this little gal will be Evie Katherine. I have a love/hate going on with name hunting, it gets harder with each child. If this one was a boy he would have been Nolan Reid (after our still born).
Silas "Si" David is the plan unless he's redheaded, then we'll likely go David Silas.
Interesting thing, DD1 is starting public pre-K tomorrow and apparently they are big on kids knowing, spelling, etc their full first name. Strange since my sister's name is Sharon but has always gone by Shari and didn't know her "real" name until a 4th grade visit to the doctor. Anyway, makes me glad we didn't go with something more complicated than we did.

We just changed our little turkey to Nora Brynn. We vacationed at Glenora winery for our anniversary when we decided to try again to conceive...maybe tmi, but it has meaning to us! Other names on my list... Marley Finley Delaney
Our DS 1 is Grady Dublin Our DS 2 is Sullivan Kane Ps we are very Irish!! Cheers!
My LOs name will be Alessandra Joy! I get my nana, mom, and sister all in on name! I'm good! Also I think it's gorgeous. If she was a he it would have been jasper Lynn (I second the whole not a twilight reference). I hate to name a son after the dad but this way he would have had the same initials and I can live with that. Also Lynn is and important family name for DH.
Side note: I also love Emmett and I think that if we ever end up with a second boy that that's what we'll go with. Jasper and Emmett make a good sib set IMO. Again not because if twilight. I really hate that she stole all the good names!
Re: Got me thinking....
We are also not sharing LO's name until after she is born.... only because she is NAMELESS! Seriously, once we pick a name I will be sharing.
Our possible list is:
Aria (DH loves, I no like)
Lyra
Emilia
Maya
I see several repeat names at work. Here are some recent onces.
Boys:
Graham, Abram, Luke, Benjamin
Girls: Sophia, Lydia, Ava, Elizabeth, and different spellings of the name Sienna
If we have a boy, we will name him Luigi Michael. My husband is Italian and our last name is very Italian sounding so this will be a mouthful! But I love it! I will call him Lui for short.
Allison "Allie" Inara
If we have a girl, Sophia Rose
If we have a boy, Benjamin Douglas
Other names on my list...
Marley
Finley
Delaney
Our DS 1 is Grady Dublin
Our DS 2 is Sullivan Kane
Ps we are very Irish!! Cheers!
