Back Pain?

Any of you other girls out there having any back pain / spasms? How do you deal? Anything work to alleviate the issue?  My back has been randomly spasming for the last week or so and it makes me feel awful! I'm sleeping comfortably so I'm not sure what causes it. Thanks!

Yeah, I'm dealing right now. Feels like I'm leading up to get a full blown spasm in my lower back on the left side. I've been stretching it, and last night before bed I took a hot shower. I've also been wearing comfortable flats to work.

I have no idea what is causing it.

I have to and I been trying to rest my back and sit down more when I can. I also tried a warm compress.

I have always had lower back pain issues, but, man, lately it's been worse. I find a heating pad on low helps out a lot as well as a hot shower. Yoga also helps out.
