New and not Getting better

This is my third DS. I had PPd with my first and didn't get help until he was 8 mths old. Lexapro was a big help. With second DS I went right on lexapro and no problems. This time around I have been on the meds for 7 weeks and its not getting better. I feel like its worse. My stomach churns all the time, I dry heave over the toilet, I can't brush my teeth without gagging, my appetite is poor and now I don't even want to get up out of bed. I definitely need a med dosage increase and have called my doctor. Do you have suggestions. I want to feel normal again. I have three boys and a husband who need me...heck I need me back. This is by far the worse experience for me.
