5 weeks and getting pulling And tugging down there. I might be concerned if it was only one side but its literally all over. Anyone else feeling this? Different feeling than menstrual cramps
Yup from week 4 to now although I think week 5 was the worse. Dr said it is from the uterus stretching

"Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost." ~ Romans 15:13
As long as it is a discomfort rather than pain you are probably ok. I have a pulling sensation (and have had with all of my pregnancies) doc has always told me its ok as long as it is not severe pain or accompanied by bleeding. Your uterus is growing!!
I was nervous about cramping too at 5wks. I went to my OB and they said all was well. They also noted that its common for women to develop ovarian cysts with all the hormonal changes so that could have been my discomfort. They said if I get too uncomfortable to take Tylenol and I can massage my belly sometimes that helps. They made it very clear: no bleeding- no problem.
