That reminds me of that scene from "Knocked Up" where Catherine Heigl is interviewing Andy Dick on the red carpet, and he reaches down and says "Ohhh, are you dialated yet?"

... but seriously that's disturbing. I'm VERY close with all of my friends and none of them would ever do anything like that.

Yeah...not acceptable. I'm totally non-confrontational, but I would probably talk to her about it (and I think face-to-face is better than over an email) and just express that it made you really uncomfortable and was INCREDIBLY INAPPROPRIATE in the work place. Consider it a favor to her; if she really doesnt see what the big deal is, then maybe she'd do it to someone else who DOES report her, and end up fired.
