Hi ladies, I am a FTM, 26 weeks, and being followed closely for IUGR with no explanation yet. I'm on modified bedrest and going in weekly for ultrasound. I was transferred to a hospital with an excellent NICU because they say it is likely I will deliver pre term. I haven't gotten enough answers re: just how pre term I should expect... I want to know if anyone else has or is having this experience and when do they say you will deliver, or when did you. I'm sure every baby is different but I'm looking for a range so I can sleep at night. Thanks in advance!

I delivered at 34 weeks with IUGR due to pre-e. My LO was below 3rd percentile at birth. I almost delivered at 32 weeks but they were able to get my BP under control enough that they believed the baby would be getting nutrients. 2 weeks later I was back in L&D with obscenely high BP that they couldn't control and Owen arrived very shortly after being admitted.
Good luck to you and your little one! Hospitals with excellent NICU's are generally excellent hospitals, so I'm sure you're in great hands.
