Adhesions?

Those of you with 2+ sections, have you been told you have adhesions or your bladder adhered to your uterus? I got my surgical report from my last section and it says a lot of adhesions were noted on the anterior uterus and my bladder was densely adhered to my uterus (which I knew b/c my bladder got cut during surgery & I went home with a catheter).
Just wondering if anyone else had a similar report and went on to have more sections?
My lower scar was also reported as being thin.
