Looks like impetigo?

So we went to visit my family and my brother had poison ivy or oak or something - anyway my mom calls me back and tells me he now has impetigo. I still didn't think much of it but 2 days later my LO had a spot on the back of his hand and  by the end of the end of the day it was oozing yellow. It took 2 weeks with triple antibiotic ointment to clear it up - YAY! Now he has one over his eye - he rubs his eyes and as much as I would stop him when I could see him do it - at night I can't watch him constantly - thoughts? I cannot do 2 weeks again! and risk it spreading more! my mom said bactroban worked quick for my brother but also read that impetigo is quite common on babies (he is 7 months today).

I'd take him to his pedi ASAP, especially if it's right over his eye. I wouldn't want to treat something like that without a doctor's advice.
