We haven't done one in a while and I need some laughter in my day and these are usually pretty funny!

I usually always change Frankie on my bed, and while we were crawling into bed a few nights ago I found a pebble turd. Pulled back the sheet and there it was. I just picked it up with a kleenex , flushed it and went to bed. I changed my sheets the next day.

I get these occasionally! I've had them on my arm, shoulder, and just the other day plucked one from my chin! H has had one on his chest and shoulder before.
After the chin one, I googled it, and it seems to just be a weird keratin over-production that happens from time to time.

@Wheeler that must have been scary.  Probably a clot like @Nikki commented, but still not fun to see.  I too have had a cyst rupture and I literally passed out on the way to the bathroom to vomit.  Thank goodness I haven't had one since.  Hope everything turns out okay and the other two just disappear.
