Subglottic Cysts

Does any one have experience with subglottic cysts? My daughter has two. When she was first diagnosed with them a few months ago the ENT recommended that we do nothing at that time. She has since had a few colds, which causes the cysts to fill with mucus. Her airway is now 75% blocked. We have decided to go ahead with having them removed.
