Monday: Trader Joe's Orange Chicken and teriyaki stir fry veggies and rice. Possibly swapping with Wed's meal, depending on naps.
Tuesday: TBD. I've gotta figure out Tuesdays going forward. DH will be gone 9am to 9pm, so I need to figure out if (a) I'm going to try to cook something for the family and leave him leftovers, or (b) if he's going to need to fend for himself on Tuesdays. I'm leaning towards option b, I have enough trouble getting a real meal on the table when he's home.
Wednesday: Quesadillas
Thursday: DD1's bday! Making her fave, Chicken parm and spaghetti, followed by frozen yogurt at a make-your-own place
Friday: Baked ziti from the freezer, garlic toast, salads. Or steak if I can get DH to grill.
Saturday: DD1's party! Basic cookout, hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie pasta salad, chips & salsa.
Tonight- hoisin pork and zucchini stir fry with jasmine rice Tues- out Wed- salads with blackened chicken Thurs- Southwest smothered chicken, corn and black beans, dirty rice Fri- Italian sausage, pepper and onion rolls, sweet potato fries Sat- BBQ Pork and pineapple kabobs, corn on the cob Sun- sesame chicken on a bed of cucumbers, veggie potstickers

@Kimbus22, we just transitioned Saturday's birthday party into an adult after party and got rid of all the leftovers that way! I swear I had people in my house for 13 hours straight, but at least my fridge is clean!

@CrashIntoMe1, I do love to cook, but I swear those meals aren't as fancy as they sound. Jasmine rice is just white rice that smells amazing. I dump it in a rice cooker with water- bam. Done. And I bought cubed pork and pre-cut pineapple. I just have to toss the pork with BBQ, shove it all on a skewer and send DH out to the grill. Easy peasy!

Yesterday was GF spaghetti with meatballs my mom made and froze for us.
Tonight I'm on my own. So, probably a quesadilla.
Tomorrow, thurs, Friday, Saturday:
Steak and eggs, BBQ beef, GF pizza, grilling...
I have 3 frozen hash brown casseroles frozen. They're more like 2.5 meals for our family. I will probably whip one out tomorrow and use it for a few meals.
Because of my c section, I'm still feeling crappy. These meals are literally all (homemade) frozen.

Sunday: Dinner with my parents
Tuesday meatloaf
Wednesday leftovers
Thursday baked chicken
Friday breakfast
Saturday leftovers
Tues- out

Thurs- Southwest smothered chicken, corn and black beans, dirty rice

Perfect idea. Tuesday is now officially crock pot night.

Thanks! I'm trying!! Haha
DH has taken over just about all household duties. Between that and not getting laid, he's a little cranky.
The big boys are with my mom today, so I got a little break!
Mon - Stuffed cabbage and steamed cauliflower.
Tue - Sausage stir fry with carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli.
Sat - Black bean burgers and fries.
