Pants?

I am trying to find pants for Ty that have elastic on the ankle so they stay put when he kicks around like a crazy baby.
Can anyone recommend leggings for boys or pants like I described? Or even footed pants?
We are starting daycare in a couple weeks and I'm trying to do "back to school" shopping :)
