hand blender rave!

I was given the Cuisinart smart stick hand blender for Chrismas a few years ago and never used it. Today my food processor was driving me crazy when trying to puree pears so I tried it and it was AMAZING!

It made the pears into a perfect puree in less than 10 seconds. I recommend it for sure.

I might have to go get one! My blender and food processor just aren't cutting it for these small batches.
