I would just like to AW on being 34 weeks, its all gravy from here! Vacation was a bust so I am at home on mod bed rest, bleeding, back pain and cramping.

Q: I would prefer an even day and for LO not to be a virgo because we have so many in the family, however if LO decided to arrive on Sep 15 or 18 it would be cool because then we would be 15,16,17.

Today is my due date, and I've been having contractions since last night. They got to be around 6 minutes apart but then they started spreading out. I also lost my MP. Could still be days away, but at least these are good signs.

QOTW: I thought I was the only person who thought about this type of stuff. I prefer him to be born on an odd day. Today's my gma's bday so it would've been perfect, but oh we'll. Whatever day he decides to come will be perfect.

I'm starting to get a little sensitive because many people can't believe how little my bump is for 31 weeks. My measurements are ahead and my OB says my weight gain is textbook, but all the comments are making me insecure.

 

Q: My little guy will be a libra or a scorpio. I don't care what day he's born on, but a libra is more compatible with our signs.

I go in on Monday for my MFM growth scan ( every 4 weeks0 and then I have my glucose test on tuesday.  Otherwise...so far so good!

I don't have a preference.  I'll be having a rcs and am thinking about scheduling it in 11/12/13 (due date is 11/15.) We will see!

Native Girl- good luck! Hopefully full labor kicks in soon and it all goes smoothly!

My due date is Monday, and if LO isn't here by Tuesday night, we check in for an induction. As I'm still somewhat high risk with low lying placenta, my OB doesn't want me going too long. Hopefully I go into labor on my own, but either way, our little girl will be here very soon!

QOTW- I hadn't even thought about any of that. I don't care if the day is even or odd, and my little girl is now guaranteed to be a Virgo!

Getting close to 33 weeks!! I am so ready for October even though there is still so much around the house that needs to be done! I had a great day accomplishing a bunch of stuff yesterday (washing cloth diapers, bottle and breast pump stuff, started packing the hospital bags!!!) Next OB check up is Wednesday and I am interested in my weight gain (haven't gained in 3 weeks since the GD diagnosis) and interested to hear what she says about my glucose levels, I think they have been pretty in line with the recommended levels. QOTW: DS is 2-11-11, my due date is 10-15-13, if I get the option 10-10-13 sounds good!!! But really I dont care!!

I can relate people still don't believe I am pregnant and makes me want to scream because I worked really hard for this bump.

I would be neat if baby were born on 9-3-13, but I'm really happy with any date. I would actually like if she came 8/31 or sooner, though, because she would meet the kindergarten cut off date!

I swear people are always going to find something negative to say! I get the opposite and I am a little concerned bc I do have gestational diabetes and he is measuring big, but I am not going into all that with the check out lady at Walmart! Just keep telling yourself that your DR is the one to listen too and mine is saying we are fine so far and sounds like yours is too! My MIL even informed me my feet were swelling!! Sadly, I hadn't noticed till she pointed it out and they aren't even THAT bad!! Grrrr.....annoying!!!

Hello ladies, sorry for the late post/intro to the check in! I hope you don't mind me movin on in here from 2nd tri. nothing too new in our world, were going in for our 3rd and final attempt at our 4d ultrasound, hopefully babies hands are away from her face so we can get a clear shot!  We are 30 weeks on Wednesday and getting excited for the home stretch!

I don't really have a preference on a day, if she were born a little late her birthday could be 11-12-13 (she is due November 6th) which is pretty sweet. 

as far as signs go, I will just leave a quote from Sheldon Cooper- "Yes... it tells us that you participate in the mass cultural delusion that the sun's apparent position relative to arbitrarily defined constellations at the time of your birth somehow affects your personality."

I'm 33 weeks today and feel like we're heading into the home stretch, but at the same time feel like we have some time left, which I'm thankful for because we have a LOT left to do, including his nursery.

I headed up to Wisconsin the past weekend for my second shower with family and it was really nice, but boy am I exhausted. Monday is dragging along.

QOTW: I really don't care if he's born on an odd or even day or a certain sign. He'll either be a Libra or a Scorpio. I'm a Libra, so I can't complain if he is too
