I started working out again (8 weeks PP, was cleared at 5 weeks PP after a natural delivery) and cardio was fine but when I went to do plank/crunches I got this weird pain in my lower abdomen. It was where I would typically feel menstrual cramps so I'm assuming it's uterus related, or maybe ligaments around it? It feels super sore while doing crunches, almost like a pulling apart sensation. Anyone else have this? If so, did you push through or go easy for a couple weeks? I'm going to call the OB but of course wanted to poll the bump population
