How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? I'll be 18 weeks on Sunday. I couldn't tell you the fruit this week, because I have no clue. :P

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Anatomy scan is Monday. Freaking out.

QOTW: Did you get maternity pictures done last time? Have/will you get them done this time? I didn't with either pregnancy. I had scheduled to do pics with my angel but canceled at the last minute. I'm kinda glad I don't have them, because it'd just be another reminder. I did regular bump pics with Devon's pregnancy, so I have those if I ever want to look at them.

I'm considering maternity pics this time. I'm still on the fence about them.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? I made it through Devon's angelversary [barely], and I feel like this huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I'm really praying my anatomy scan goes well on Monday so that I can maybe, finally, start enjoying this pregnancy.

How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week? 14 weeks, lemon.

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones? Appointment on Monday for all the fun stuff (not.) Blood draws, pap work, etc.

QOTW: Did you get maternity pictures done last time? Have/will you get them done this time? I didnt do anything official. I did have one picture that I loved that I got out on the White Cliffs of Dover. But, it was just a fun one. I do not think I would do them this time. i have no desire to do something this time that I was not able to do for Elsie.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? A close friend asked if I would be having a shower. Honestly, the idea makes me really uncomfortable. Yes this baby deserves to be celebrated, but I think I would just think about Elsie's too much.

How far along are you? What size fruit is your baby this week?  10 weeks today, baby is a prune

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones?   NT scan on the 10th and I get my cerclage put in on the 19th.

QOTW: Did you get maternity pictures done last time? Have/will you get them done this time?  No and no.  I would possibly consider them if I hadn't gone into this pregnancy overweight and liked my body, but even then probably not.  MH and I aren't big professional picture people, we both chose to skip engagement pics so we'd probably just wait till the baby is here and have family pics taken.

What is on your mind this week?  I keep thinking about bed rest.  Worried about whether or not the cerclage will do it's job or if I'll have any cervical shortening, and if so will I need bed rest.  My doctor is against it, but I am not sure I'll be able to follow that....I'll feel like I have to do something to help my body out and up the odds of our baby being ok.

No.  I barely took pictures at all last time.  The only few we have were really because DH was messing with his new phone at the time.  DH wants to take some pictures this time around (not professionally, just him taking them).  I actually somewhat like the idea simply because it's completely different from last time which DH and I seek out a lot.

How close we're getting and how I'm not sure if I'm more excited or more panicked about it.

I am 11w6d and I believe baby is a lime.

Next appt isn't until the 11th, then I will start my weekly cervix checks.

No, I was just shy of 21 weeks when we lost Alice so I didn't have much of a bump besides my pre baby chubby tummy. I don't think we will this time either, but who knows.

No and currently not really planning on having any professional taken.  I did buy a photo album/ pregnancy journal book this time so I am taking pictures at home every 4 weeks.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?  Nervous and ready for my first appt. Last time my doctor was an OB and this time we are going with a midwives group because I want to try for a VBAC.  Just nervous about new doctors and policies.

Hi Ladies - I'm sort of nervous to check in, before my first appointment with the OB (I feel like I'm jinxing myself) but I feel most comfortable with this board!

I was on bed rest starting at 20 weeks, but we didn't plan to do them anyway.  I took bump pics at home and will do so this time.

What is on your mind this week?  So nervous and SHOCKED!  It took us 8 months to get pregnant last time, and this time only 1 month.  I truly didn't expect to be pregnant this soon, so just trying to adjust to everything, and honestly, trying to deal with being happy.  I'm finding myself getting happy and excited then I start to make myself feel guilty for feeling that way...

Do you have any upcoming appointments or milestones?  I was diagnosed w/ GD @ wk 13, so I feel like i'm always at an appt... checking sugar #s etc.. But my next round of appts are in 2.5wks, Whoo Hoo! lol 

QOTW: Did you get maternity pictures done last time? Have/will you get them done this time?  I considered doing them last time but only made it to 21wks. I'm not sure if I will get them done this time.. I do know I need to start documenting this bump, period. 


Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?  I'm so happy my "pregnant dreams" have come back. They are so vivid. I actually dreamed of my grandfather for the first time since his death 2yrs ago... He said he was going to be at the upcoming parties my family is throwing, one of which is our gender reveal bbq. It was so wonderful!!

I just really need to get through August. My DD's angelversary is on Monday, and I already feel sick just thinking about it. I can't believe I've been living this nightmare for an entire year. Some days it feels like it all just happened, but some days it feels like it's been forever. I miss her so much. I'm also thinking a lot about my son, and praying so hard that I get to keep him. I just wish I could fast forward to November and have him here safe and sound.

Nothing I emailed my dr about blood testing and when we could start. Next week is when I see him again.

I was going to, I would back out because I thought I looked fat. I regret it now. Dh and I agreed that we definitely want them this time no matter how big I am.

Having a hard time lately. I lost a lot of friends from them bring mad at me for not wanting to go out so they all disappeared.
