Welcome to the check in group for Pregnant After Preemie! This group is also for those who are actively trying to conceive, planning on it, or just thinking about it...
So, list your first name, due date if you're pregnant or ttc timeline, preemie's name and gestational age at birth as well as the reason for their prematurity.

Last week Updates:
Yay for our 2 newborns coming home from a short NICU stay! Baby Madeline (adamnkel) and Baby Elizabeth (L&R70707) are officially home where they belong!
CurlingRocks: baby has officially dropped at 35 weeks; feeling good and hoping to go a couple of more weeks!
alphaphi98: had NT scan, extra blood and genetic tests-baby is healthy!
vsalt31: cervical checks reveal no change and still on P17 shots, but still experiencing painful contractions; please continue to send T&P's to reach the 28 week milestone
hjweber: cervix shortened by one inch from avg length and had to go to L&D to be monitored for contractions for one hour; didn't have contractions, but had "little blips" supposed to take it easy and go back next week for another cervical length check; please keep her in your thoughts and prayers

Still TTC here. It's taking a little longer than before, but I'm trying to relax and be positive.
I had what was suppost to be my last cervical length u/s today. It shortened by 10mm over the last 10days and almost putting me into the red danger zone. So that with the strong contractions, I'm goin back for a follow up after Labor Day.
My p17 shots are also giving me a warm raised allergic welt about 4inch in diameter even though I'm switching sides, using ice, etc. However annoying, I know that's not a big deal and I feel bad complaining.
I'm a hot ball of mess tonight!
After you @ CurlingRocks, we don't have babies due until December, but I would love to hear how they are all doing! Also, anyone know if @kwells1 had her baby?
@airsica Welcome to the thread and congrats on your pregnancy! Glad to hear everything is going well so far! When is your EDD?
@vsalt31 I am sorry to hear about cervical changes and reactions to the shot. I am definitely keeping you in my t&p's
I see it as a support group for those who are all in the same boat because we have all been through something that most others on regular TTC boards have not experienced. It really helped me get through my pregnancy when I was placed on SBR at 21 weeks. Thank goodness I didn't deliver until 39 weeks, but getting positive feedback from everyone and supporting each other really help me get through the rough times.
