Movement Question

I am currently 20 weeks with di/di b/g twins and I have a question about movement.  When could you distinctly tell it was two different babies?  Sometimes I think i can tell but I always feel the low kicks and movements, which I am assuming is baby A but I dont feel much higher than that area except once in a while.  I am plus sized so I was thinking maybe because there is more fat higher up is the reason I cant feel B as much.  I just get worried that what if something is wrong.  Thanks for any insight!

I'm 22 weeks and I feel baby B much more than baby A. Baby B is up towards my ribs and when she moves it hurts. Sometimes her kicks shock me. I feel baby A a few times a day, mostly because she jumps on my bladder. Her movements don't hurt (yet).

I don't remember exactly when but I do know it was hard. I always struggled with knowing who was who, especially as they started moving around more. By the end it was nearly impossible for me to distinctly know for sure.

I am 21 weeks and up until a couple days ago, I only felt movement really low and on my right side. Just over the last couple days, have I started feeling movement on both sides! I also have an anterior placenta so they are still just butterflies instead of swift kicks!!! Maybe you have an anterior placenta too??!!

20 weeks was when I could tell who was who but mine are laying in a position that makes that easy. baby B is on my left side always head down and feet up in my ribs baby A is right down the middle or slightly to the left (they like to snuggle up to each other so they favor my right side) but he flips from head up to head down daily so his feet or head is constantly knocking my bladder and his head or feet are in my ribs. I have anertior placents for both so most movements are very light but this week they are definitely getting stronger.

I'm 30 weeks and I still have trouble telling whose who - I feel a ton really low (especially during the day) which according to the u/s is where Baby A is (right on my bladder too), and a decent amount in the center around my belly button, but that's kind of no mans land, I have no idea which one it is. And a few times a day I feel some movement really high, like right under my boobs which according to the u/s is where Baby B should be.

If I am right in all my placement of them though that means Baby A is incredibly active and Baby B is very quiet. Although she will get going pretty well at night after dinner if I recline a little and put my feet up.
