Feeding Amount

Pedi at 2 month check up would like to see her have gained more weight.  She is 7 lbs now, which is progress in  our eyes from 4 lbs 13 oz.  She's eager to eat, gets upset when bottle is empty but spits up often and seems to struggle with keeping 2 oz down.  She placed her on zantac and would like to see her up to 3 oz.  She's been gaining steadily up until recently slowing a bit.  She's taking the medicine fine, still has spit up but not sure how to make it up to 3 oz.  Any suggestions?

She just started taking it Tue evening.  That first night no spit up but Wed afternoon she did some and this morning more but we will allow the time to see how it goes.  They want her back for weight checkup in 3 weeks.  We will try burping more than the two we do now at mid bottle and the end. We keep her elevated and offer the paci after.  Thanks, will try to slowly introduce a little more at a time to see how she does.
