pediatrician recommendation for chiild terrified of docs?

Hi all,
Looking for a new pediatrician for my 5 year old son who is a really sweet kid, but has some sensory & behavioral challenges we're working with. He's abnormally terrified of doctors - I can't take him to checkups anymore because he literally goes insane in the office & the doc can't examine him. Any recommendations of a great dr. in seattle (we live in the u district, but willing to drive a bit) who is exceptionally patient & kind, good with kids, who'd be willing to work with my child even when difficult & who would try to make things as fear-free as possible for a scared little guy? (Holistic/natural-minded a plus, but i'm ok with conventional medicine as long as its a great doctor!)
