First round of Clomid

It's day 10 of Clomid, cd19. The nurse saw two follicles on the right side. One was at 14 mm and the other at 16 mm. My lining is at 6.1 and needs to be at 7.something. So if the opk is positive tomorrow I will need to go in for another sonogram to check the lining. I should've asked my RE this, but I always space out like a deer in the headlights when I go in. Does anyone know the likelihood of conceiving on Clomid on the first round? I would like to have realistic expectations.
Me: 37; DH: 35, SA normal ttc 1st since 11/2011 1/2013: HSG 2/2013-4/2013: acupuncture 3/2013: SHG 4/9/13: lap removed stage 2 endo & ovarian cyst 9/2013-11/2013: Clomid 3x 12/2013: IUI/superO 2013: spent $4,900 on treatment Waiting until 1/2015 for IVF insurance

    I used this with baby 2.  I can't remember but it was either rd 1 or 2.  Good luck.
