I just started reading "Instant Mom" by Nia Vardalos, and I'm loving it! I think after this one I will be ready for a non-adoption related book or series. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I lost my kindle on a flight so I am very slowly reading a book my friends dad gave me. It's called Dirt: The Erosion of civilization. I read a few pages at night and it puts me right to sleep.
I am reading Secret Thoughts of an Adoptive Mother. Also, Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking. I also started Wht Have Kids, but haven't decided if I'll keep reading it or not.
I am also reading instant mom. It would be fun to do a book club but I don't know if you could do conference calls on Skype. Would be neat to start our own little book club though with both adoption and non-adoption books. :-) I really liked Gone Girl. That is the last non-adoption book I read but I need to start another.
Live like there is no tomorrow..Love like you have never been hurt...
I just finished Insurgent and anxiously awaiting the new book in October! Currently reading The Complete Idiot's Guide to Adoption and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
I'm on GoodReads if anyone wants to friend me - just msg me! I'm always looking for new books/series to dive into!

Also just read a young adult dystopian fiction series called Divergent. Also good.

@JoePata we could do google hangouts!
I'm still reading a bunch of adoption books. I still have yet to complete the actual book reports that are necessary for them for our agency!
I'm reading "Called to Adoption: A Christian's Guide to Answering the Call" and "The Yellow Sock: An Adoption Story" for my adoption-focused reading.
Recreationally, I'm reading "Remember Me" by Sophie Kinsella (she can't be beat for fun, funny and carefree reads), "Anna Karenina" and "Divergent".
I read a LOT so I have books to suit all my moods :-P
