Teething

So I'm a FTM and I keep getting told by family and friends the signs to look for to know if LO is teething or not. Needless to say the past 3 days and nights have been crazy. She's had excessive drool for the past month or so but recently its to where I have to change her 3 or 4 times a day even with a bib on. She hasn't wanted anything but to be held and only by me not my H. All she does is have screaming fits out of nowhere which she hasn't done in a long time and they are very high pitched. She is also developing a very small amount of diaper rash- thank goodness we caught it. Then she falls asleep whether it be for a nap or bedtime I try and put her down she moves around and then screams. Last night I truly felt like I had my newborn who didn't want to let me go that she even ripped some of my hair out when I tried to put her in her crib and swing. Also let me add she will not take a pacifier...we've tried several times and different ones even tho the pediatrician told us not to use one awhile back BC she was (still is but not as much) extremely gassy and they said it adds more air intake.
Is anyone else going through this? Is this truly teething? What can I do?
