Skin Issue- Grey Spots

My 17 month old has a small, flat, light grey spot under her chin that showed up around 6 months.  Its about 2mm round.  The Dr. said its nothing to worry about. 

Today, I noticed she now has a new spot on her chest.  It is also about 2-3 mm round, light grey, and flat, practically flush with the skin around it.  I don't think its Mongolian disease as it looks nothing like what I have seen in some of my neighbors kids.  Has anyone else had this type of skin issue with their LO?  Any thoughts?  

Also... are their pediatric dermatologists, or just call up a regular one to check it out?
