I know, I know the chances of consuming RRLT and going into PTL are slim. However, after having a micro-preemie, I am on the paranoid side. I have read A LOT and would love to try and start drinking it in later 3rd tri. Do you think or have you read/ experinced that beginning to consume RRLT 3-4 times a day AFTER 34 weeks will still be helpful in toning my uterus and helping with labor? Everything I have read, the women either consumed their whole pregnancies or started in second tri.
Thanks for any input!

Re: RRLT and pre-term labor
I haven't read a lot but in what I have seen/heard/read, rrlt is NOT recommended for someone at risk for preterm labor at any point in their pregnancy. And a woman who has had previous ptl (which Im assuming you have had?) is already considered at higher risk.
Therefore, for example, though I drank it in my first, complication-free pregnancy, with my second pregnancy and this one I have not drunk it at any time because I have been at risk for ptl both times.
I suppose in your case you could start at 37 weeks? You might get some benefits if I you don't give birth until 39+ weeks. However, why start at 34 weeks? I wouldn't want to add that risk still pre-term...
