Not only is it a full moon, it's also a blue moon and will be the last one till 2015!

Also tonight's moon is also called the full sturgeon moon, the full red moon and the green corn moon or grain moon! So there is a little history for you lol.

Lol, I JUST got done txting dh telling him that I'm really crampy this morning and not feeling well so keep his phone close! Had no idea it was a full moon though...

My MIL just texted me that it's a full moon!!! Today is my last day of work, so I am kinda hoping to last a few more days so I can get some things accomplished... 38w tomorrow!!

I just told DH I'm glad we have an appointment tomorrow because I am scheduled for a C section but was having much stronger contractions last night (nothing consistent though).  I didn't realize it was the full moon either, but fingers crossed LO stays put.

Last night I was thinking I would go into labor today or tomorrow.  So hopefully this moon thing does some action for me because I am ready and over anticipating it.  I swear this baby can't get any lower in vagina! I took a bath at 4 am and thought to myself, "Is there any way I can wrap my vag in a heating pad?"  Today is probably the most uncomfortable I have been, so let's go blue full moon!

Ugh. I don't want to go over. I know I being a FTM I probably will, but I can see me getting upset about going past my due date. Lol.

I kind of hope it would be me but since I am on baby number 4 and I have never gone into labor on my own... the chances are very small.

The full moon can cause changes for up to a week, so I anticipate lots of labors this week!   Probably not me (35 weeks) buuuuut.... ya never know

I wouldn't mind going into labor on the next full moon.  I'll be a day or so short of 39 weeks.

@Nukke me too! I checked out when the Sept full moon was awhile back. It's before my due date on the 25th, so I'm hoping she'll make an appearance then! I really don't want to go late, though in all likelihood I'm sure I will. I'll probably be a 42 weeker.

I hope she doesn't wait for next month... that would make me 4 days late. 

I was, however, up all night with contractions that came and went but were starting to get painful. Little too early for my taste but I guess I should be happy that something is happening.

I'm kind of thankful that I am only 35w5d. If I were about 2 weeks farther I would probably be jumping at any little feeling today hoping that it was the start labor. This way I can rest a little easier and not be so paranoid (or disappointed if it didn't happen).

And tomorrow's my birthday so it would be awesome! But he's only 36 weeks and breech so I doubt it'll happen.

I won't lie. I'm 38 weeks as of yesterday and I'd like it if the full moon helped me along. My sister went into labor with the full moon last month, but she was closer to her EDD than I am.

I'm quite doubtful because I haven't really had any signs of labour or even strong BH... but I wouldn't mind if the full moon gave baby a bit of encouragement tonight.  I'm ready to meet her!

Shouldn't be me tonight.  Still on the Nifedipine through tonight.  I've been having contractions the whole time I've been on this higher dose, but not to the point of going into L&D again.  So, maybe by the weekend?  Who knows?!?  Good luck to all those who do go into labor today/tonight!

That's my due date, so hopefully mine stays put for this one.  Though too many people have made "labor" day jokes to me.  I just want to get through August, then I'll be more open to having this baby.  I want it to get to 37 weeks at least!

I'm 34 weeks (due the very last day of September) so probably won't be me but like a PP said, maybe by the time the next full moon rolls around on Sept 19 :-).

I've been teasing my DH about this since last months full moon. Tomorrow is DH's birthday so it would be pretty cool if it were to happen tonight. I've been super crampy, lots of pelvic pressure and back pain in the last 15+ hours so we'll see!

I am so ready. At my dr's appt I asked if I was lower than a +1 station now, because his head has been at that point for three weeks. He said that if he was any lower then I would definitely be in labor and he would be on his way out..... I've been having contractions a ton today and I did dilate and efface even more, so I'm crossing my fingers.

Won't be me since I still have over 5 weeks to go! I'm jealous of all of you who can actually hope that you go into labor today. I want to be that far along SO bad.
Maybe during my nightly insomnia routine I'll venture to the patio to watch some TV with the full moon in sight. And enjoy a bowl of cereal.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm sure 5 weeks from now we'll thinking that time is going by way too fast and be jealous of you and your tiny newborn.

I hope it's not me....as much as I'm uncomfortable, I want him to at least bake two more weeks until he's considered term. I have not had one BH or contraction so I think I'm good. Except I've had tons of "your going early" comments from everyone today. Yesterday I had a rough day and today I feel great, so I hope it's not the calm before the storm :-O

I told the little dude that I had a busy day today and an important 7:30 am meeting tomorrow, but he's free to come any time after that. Can't believe it will be 39 weeks on Friday!!

Ooooh me!!!! 38 weeks today, been achy/crampy and not feeling well. Sorta nauseous. Dr. appointment in about an hour, so we'll see if she's coming along! I'd LOVE to be in labor tonight!
