ID and allergies

I've googled this question to no avail.

Is it possible that different food allergies are one of the "environmental" differences? Or if one twin is allergic to something, should the other too?

I think one of my girls may have a slight allergy to a food but the other one doesn't show the same signs.

My boys had reactions to cow's milk so we took them to an allergist for a skin test.  They did a standard panel on them and they both tested allergic to several other things as well.  However there was one or two things each that one tested positive to that the other didn't.  The ones in the "moderate" category were exactly the same for both of them though.
