Specialist after NT scan?

Just had my NT scan today and the Dr said that everything with that looked good but he's sending me to see a specialist because he couldn't get a clear u/s picture of the brain and ventricles.  Of course I am freaking out...but should I be?  Has this happened to anyone else??

This actually happened to my cousin when she was pregnant about a year ago.  Same situation as you--everything looked normal, but got sent to a specialist anyway.  They couldn't get very clear pics either (can't remember what of, specifically), and they sent her to a specialist just as a precaution.

I say if the doctor wasn't concerned, you shouldn't be either!  Worry when you have something to actually be worried about! Your body doesn't need any extra stress right now, mama
