How do you feel about cilantro?

Cinlantro is what gives Puerto Rican dishes their distinctive flavor.  I agree that if too much is used in one dish it can be overpowering.  But I fucking LOVE cilantro.

I grew it this year in the garden.  It was awesome and the coriander that came afterward was also awesome.

It has ruined many a salsa for me. Vile. And yes, takes like soap to me.

It tastes great, specially on tacos and soups.
