Did a little research for you since he looked familiar even though I've never watched "Dexter". His name is Desmond Harrington. He played Jack Bass on Gossip Girl. That's where I've seen him before.

@Adrd47 do you watch True Blood? He was in that show last season and was super hot. He even had a few half naked sex scenes of lots of shirtless time! Unfortunately they killed his character off the show  (

I have been in love with him since he stared in this movie called Hooligans. I think that's what it's called. I started watching SOA just because I knew he was going to be on it. I still was committed to watching if the show sucked. It doesn't. So it's a win win.
