First Day of School...

From way back...she went to MDO starting at 6 mo. 

I did at least walk her to school, to her classroom and take the appropriate pictures to prove I'm a good mom. Even DH was able to join us and cooked her bacon and eggs for breakfast...we are rocking this parent thing today.

DD starts on Wednesday.  My kids have been fighting almost non-stop for about the last week. Wednesday can't get here fast enough.

DS started last Monday. DD is in K and they have staggered days the first 2 weeks. She went Friday and will go again this Friday. She starts full time next Monday. It's kinda sad/emotional because she is starting K but I am ready for a break. They have fought like crazy for 2 weeks. I was happy to fling DS out the door last week.

They both start on the 5th.  I am so ready because I feel like we need the structure back in our days.  But I am worried about getting everyone dressed, fed and out the door with a baby in tow

My oldest started last Thursday. I was a wreck. Youngest doesn't start until the day after Labor Day. Poor kid is just lost with his brother gone all day.

9/16 here!  He'll only be there 3 mornings a week but it will be nice to have 2 weeks of free access to empty beaches.

DS started last week. Granted it's only 2 days a week but I'm loving it!

Awww we saw a lot of that today at school. Poor buddy! A friend's son had pictures of his little brothers in the locker when I walked by.

Next week for DD1. I'm excited, but not sure how DD2 is going to handle her favorite playmate being gone all day.

We don't start until Sept 9. I'm not positive both girls will be alive by then the way they're behaving! We all *need* school to start. I'll be flinging both out the door so fast their heads will spin that morning lol!

They also want a doctor's note for him and I just found out that H threw them away because one of tye cats puked on them. So now I'm waiting for the hospital to call me back so my kid can have an excused absence because apparently the staples in his foot aren't proof enough. Maybe they'll believe me if I showed them the bills for the ambulance and ER.

DS2 decided he did NOT want to go to preschool and I had to pry him off of me, hand him to the teacher and walk away. I cried.

Yay for first days.

But no.  We still have a vacation left, haha!  We are going away Saturday for the last lake vacation with DD.  So we're still beaching it here.  We start back September 4th.

Yep! I'm crying a mountain of tears.

This is us as well.  But it is only another month until all the fall activites start again. Counting down the days, we are both getting board of the playgroups being on summer holidays.

haha! I'm super stoked for school!!!  Just not yet, since we have a last vacation planned to the lake.  And I still need to finish supply shopping and do clothes/sneaks.  So I'm not ready.  But I CANNOT WAIT.   I'm not looking forward to her being sick every other week, but I'm looking forward to shoving her out the door
