changing bed time

Has anyone had any luck making bedtime earlier? DD is on mine and DH's work schedule and is never in bed before midnightbut sleeps till 1030-1100. I am starting to lose my mind wanting more sleep since BFP. I'd LOVE her to be asleep by 10. Any pointers?

I am no help...my DD has had a 7pm bedtime since she started STTN. Any later than 7 and she is grumpy and screaming. Hope it works out for you!

I would try bumping it up in 15 minute increments over the course of a few weeks.

^ agree with bumping up in small increments.  It might take a while to get there ~ a few weeks sounds reasonable (though exhausting!)  Sorry pregnant Mama =/

This. We are in process of doing this as well. So far I've moved him from 9:00 to 8:30.

I so the new time for 3 days and then on day 4 move 15 min earlier and do that for 3 days. My goal is to get him to 8:00.

Ferber's book has some good info on changing bedtimes, basically ou can't just change it abruptly. According to the book you should wake her up earlier and gradually put her to bed earlier and earlier.
