The weather here is craptastic, so no park for us.

My MIL wants to come over to see W. She pulled some total manipulative shit yesterday so I'm ignoring her 3 calls in 3 min. She left a concerned-sounding vm the first time to trick me into calling her back, but the next 2 calls tells me she must be in the neighborhood.

W is sleeping. I'm chillin in the basement. Chillin = hiding.

@linzeek44 it's nice here, but I have the same plan. I feel like the success of next week hinges on my acquisition of groceries and sippy cups!

We are skipping church today. I need the baby to nap because we have lunch at the IL's then birthday dinner for my dad at a Mexican restaurant this evening. Yay for lots of food today! And you better believe I am having peach cobbler at lunch and Churros for dessert after dinner.

MH is out running a FF draft. Im chilling with the kids.
We have a first bday to go to later but still not sure if its going to be canceled bc it's at a park & it's supposed to rain later. ::yawn::

@mathlete oh! I just saw your post below. Eek! I'm glad it's not bothering her but dang! That sucks bc that antibiotic worked really well for us and I was hoping it would kick the infection for H . I'm sure they will have an alternative that can kick it.

Re: MIL - My problems with her disappeared for the last 7 months, but I think now that life is getting back to normal and we are doing more activities, the 2-3 visits every weekend are fucking annoying again.

DH works all weekend so I thought they might give me some freaking space. I was explaining my mc to her on the phone last week and she interrupted me to see if I sold her concert tickets yet. That's a whole different story, but REALLY???!!? She can suck it.

@kellersprag thanks, i agree! I'm really having trouble deciding if I'm hormone crazy... I've been so great with handling her and now I want to put cherry bombs in her coffee . Hormones have to be playing a role. I need to do some deep breathing!

We are waiting for Sean to wake up from his nap so we can go get Ethan. He spent the night at my inlaws. I guess we are staying at her house for a few hours because she's planning dinner \:D/

We are also planning our Labor Day trip. MIL booked a cabin in north Georgia. We have to figure out when we are leaving and who's watching our dogs.

We just got back from going out to breakfast an going for a walk to the pier. Now we are home an H is mowing the lawn and I'm playing on my phone while LO is playing..... It's gorgeous out today so we are trying to figure out what to do.

Neighbor next door is having a garage sale. Their kid is selling lemonade for $2/cup and the kid toys are not clean and priced for 5-10% less than retail. Um... Awkward.

@mathlete ha! @bper totally has it worse! But MIL is moving closer but again, not across the freaking street! That would probably end my marriage!

I keep looking at birthday party stuff, then I get overwhelmed and stop.  I really need to set concrete ideas and then just work on them.  I have a million different things I want to do.  I'm happy G has a late birthday.  I can see whatever one else is doing .

I've had to run to the grocery store after midnight for coffee. DH would have freaked without coffee. I am doing random stuff around the house and putting away all my amazing garage sale finds away. Also preparing for my fantasy draft this weekend. Sage finally cried herself to sleep so i came here to see what has been going on all weekend.

DD is currently napping so I need to start some laundry and housework. But later we're heading to a 3rd birthday party. I'm really looking forward to DD having time with other kids, she loves being around others and unfortunately it doesn't happen often. I guess I need to look into a local moms group for play dates.

Hey there everyone. Sound like people are having decent weekends...@auroraloo and @mathlete (LO) feel better!! I wish we were chillin outside at the Morton Arboretum with friends. Instead we are staging our house to go back on the market this Thursday. I took tomorrow off to get our garage door fixed and deep clean the house in solitude. I'm excited about being home alone for day....weirdo..

LO and I have nasty coughs and I'm exhausted. I deep cleaned my bathroom and the front bedroom yesterday and we went and bought flooring to get our house finished.

@mathlete and @cheeseandrice I'm sorry your lo's aren't feeling well! I hope they get better soon!

Our weekend guests left at about 5pm and then L had the epicest of epic meltdowns. She has her 7th tooth just under the surface and didn't know whether she wanted to nurse or drink a bottle, sit, stand, touch me, be far away from me. It was awful. I took her outside for a walk to distract her and then a bath when she calmed down. She passed out almost an hour early. 

Now I have to forget everything else I need to do and catch up on some work to prepare for tomorrow morning.

I was in and out all day. We got a bunch I stuff for the kitchen today and have the sink and cooktop in place, but not yet working. I'm learning that DIY=things not done all at once! DH is definitely becoming handy, though!
